Service bulletin 08-05-25-004A says to diagnose the wheel speed sensors

Do not automatically replace the EBCOM or any other component without testing.

How to test a wheel speed sensors

You’ll need a DVOM.

1 IGN off

2 Set DVOM to ohms scale and disconnect wheel speed

sensor harness. Check for 850-1350 ohms between terminals A and B. While you are testing resistance, move the wheel speed sensor pigtail harness to detect wire breakage issues.

3. If the resistance is not within the above values, replace the wheel speed sensor

4. If the resistance IS within spec, check for infinite resistance between each terminal and the steering knuckle. Then reverse the test probes and check for infinite resistance between each terminal and the steering knuckle again. If you don’t see an infinite value, replace the appropriate wheel speed sensor.

5. Set the DVOM to AC voltage, connect the leads to two wheel speed sensor terminals and spin the wheel. The voltage should rise to more than 100 mV AC as you spin the wheel faster. If the reading is less than 100mV AC, replace the wheel speed sensor.
