BMW certified pre owned vehicles — How much more they cost

A BMW certified pre owned vehicle will cost more than a non CPO vehicle

To offer BMW certified pre-owned vehicles for sale, the dealer must join the BMW CPO program, pay the fees and agree to the terms of the program. Currently 350 BMW dealers participate in the program.

How much more you’ll have for a BMW certified pre owned vehicle

Dealers pay a fee to BMW to issue a CPO certification for each vehicle. The fees range from $800 to as much as $4,500 per vehicle.

Any reconditioning performed must be with genuine BMW parts.

That means you’ll pay more for an BMW CPO vehicle.

Which vehicles are eligible for the BMW CPO program?

The BMW CPO program only applies to vehicles with less than 60,000 miles and the vehicle must be 5 model years old or newer.
