The Ford dealer must join the CPO program. Currently 2,500 Ford dealers participate in the program.

Dealers pay a fee to Ford to issue a CPO certification for each vehicle. The fees range from $629 for F-250, F-350 & Transit and $529 for all other vehicles
That means you’ll pay more for an Ford CPO vehicle.
Which vehicles are eligible for the Ford CPO program?
The Ford CPO program only applies to vehicles with less than 80,000 miles and the vehicle must be 5 model years old or newer.

What does the Ford CPO warranty cover and how long?
• 7-year/100,000-mile (whichever comes first) powertrain limited warranty
• 12-month/12,000-mile (whichever comes first) comprehensive limited warranty
• 24/7 roadside assistance and 22,000 FordPass rewards points to use toward the first 2 maintenance visits
Other Ford CPO features:
• $100 deductible on all repairs
• The Ford CPO warranty is transferable to a new owner with a no fee.
• No vehicle returns allowed
