Honda TPS and Acura TPS
Replace just the TPS on Honda and Acura
If you’re having problems with your Honda Civic TPS, Honda makes you buy the entire throttle body. That can cost almost $300. That’s crazy, since the problem is just the sensor. Standard Motor Parts now offers a Honda TPS and Acura TPS for about $40.
Honda TPS and Acura TPS
Standard T42003
Just drill out the rivets holding the factory TPS in place and install the new sensor and gasket. Then drive in the new self-drilling screws. Recalibrate the system and you’re good to go.
The T42003 fits the following vehicles:
Acura RSX (05-02)
Honda Civic (05-02)
