The Nissan bulletin states the following fixes for the problem.
For 2013 and 2014 models ONLY: Check the color of the PCV valve. If the PCV valve is ORANGE, replace it with an updated part. If the PCV valve is black, it doesn’t not need replacement. Next, clean the throttle body. Then perform an idle air/throttle body relearn procedure. Reprogram the ECM with updated software.
For 2013-2016 Models clean the throttle body. Then perform an idle air/throttle body relearn procedure.
For 2013-18 models, clean the throttle body. Then perform an idle air/throttle body relearn procedure.
Clean a Nissan Throttle body
Remove the throttle body from the vehicle. Using a shop rag (NOT A PAPER TOWEL) spray throttle body cleaner on the rag, manually open the throttle plate and wipe off all carbon on the throttle plate and throttle bore. Do NOT SPRAY THE CLEANER ONTO THE THROTTLE PLATE. This can wick the liquid into the electronics and damage them.
When the throttle plate and bore are clean you should be able to see light coming through the bore.
Reinstall the throttle body on the vehicle, using a new throttle body gasket.
Perform a throttle valve closed and idle air volume learn procedure. Find the procedure here.
