Fix for P2015 Audi
Obtain a revised intake manifold flap valve #06H 906 283B from the dealer. The revised valve has a connection to attach a fresh air line that will prevent corrosion in the future.
Install the new valve along the cylinder head cover and secure it with the clips included with the kit. On in-line engines, remove the bolt for the wiring harness between the 2nd and 3rd cylinder and secure the new fresh air line with this bolt.
On transverse engines, use the new M6 x 14 bolt supplied with the kit. This is a thread cutting bolt.
Then secure the clean air line, routing it between the cylinder head cover and the vacuum unit lever for the intake manifold flap.
