Service Power Steering Message Now
GM has issued a service bulleting PIC5640 addressing a service Power Steering Message Or No Communication With PSCM on 2012 Buick Verano
The problem may be intermittent and displayed while driving. During testing it may appear that there is no digital communication with the power steering control module(PSCM). In addition, you may find a U0131 trouble code in other modules. GM recommends deleting the vehicle session and reloading the vehicle to ensure you’ve properly entered vehicle info.
If the same problem appears, check for a loose connection X5 at the underhood bussed electrical (UBEC) 
connector 80-amp fuse for the PSCM. Repair the loose connection as necessary.
