Fix code P0495 fan noise Test the fan clutch by bringing the vehicle to operating temperature. Then disconnect the cooling fan relay located in the underhood junction block. Or, you can disconnect the cooling fan harness connector. Run the engine in park at 2,000 RPM for 2 minutes. If the cooling fan roars, the clutch is bad and must be replaced.
