Kia Rio P0300 service bulletin #135 Kia has issued a service bulletin to address a Kia Rio P0300, P0128, P0140, P0442 & P0461 issue on the vehicles listed below. Kia has determined that these vehicles may experience a rough idle during a cold start and may set the following Kia Rio P0300, P0128, P0140, P0442 & P0461 trouble codes.
