Mazda P0116, P011A TSB Mazda has issued a service bulletin #01-015/15 to address a Mazda P0116, P011A trouble code condition on the vehicles listed below. The bulletin addresses issues when the vehicle is equipped with an auxiliary block heater and the vehicle is started in cold weather below 32°F. Mazda has determined that the trouble codes are set due to error detection logic in the PCM.
