If you run into the P0480 code and find that the fan will only run on the highest speed, start by checking for a blown cooling fan fuse #1 in the underhood fuse block. Radiator Fan doesn’t work and trouble code P0480 If you own a Dodge Caravan or Chrysler T&C and you have a P0480 Radiator Fan doesn’t work, Chrysler has issued a TSB (#18-004-07)containing the fix for an inoperative cooling fan on 2005-06 Caravans and Town & Country vans with the 3.3L or 3.8L engines.
