Fix Multiple electrical problems Toyota vehicles Toyota has issued a TSB #T-SB-0047-09 to fix multiple unrelated electrical issues in the following vehicles: 2006-09 Corolla, Highlander, Matrix, Prius, RAV4, and Sienna. The symptoms are multiple warning lights on, vehicle will not shift from park to drive, and other accessories inoperative.
