Service bulletin PIP5529 fix for stall or hesitation on GM vehicles

GM has discovered that loose intake manifold bolts may the cause of a stall or hesitation in the above mentioned GM vehicles. First check for trouble codes, you may find any of the above listed trouble codes because they all relate to intake air. If you can’t find a problem associated with the trouble codes, inspect the torque on the intake manifold bolts. Torque to spec if they are loose.
