Fix P0122 trouble code on Honda CRV

Honda has issued a service bulletin #04-008 to address a P0122 Honda CRV trouble code. The P0122 Throttle Position Sensor Circuit Low Voltage can result from contamination introduced during the manufacturing process. The repair involves replacing the throttle body.
