Socket for oil filter cap
Which socket to use for oil filter cap?
Don’t ask me why car makers do this, but if you want to change your own oil filter you’ll have to invest in a special socket for oil filter caps. Car makers don’t leave enough room for a standard socket and ratchet head to fit so you can remove the oil filter cap on canister style filters.
