Fix for P0010, P0013 Malibu and Cadillac GM has issued a service bulletin N151702710 to address a P0010, P0013 Malibu and Cadillac issue with the variable valve timing actuators (see the affected vehicles below). If either code is set in the ECM, the fix is to replace the intake or exhaust camshaft position actuator solenoid. The cause is a broken wire in the intake or exhaust camshaft position sensor.
