The Audi P2015 trouble code relates to the intake manifold runner position sensor switch and is caused by corrosion in the valve for intake manifold flap N316.

Fix for the Audi P2015 trouble code

Obtain a revised intake manifold flap valve #06H 906 283B from the dealer. The revised valve has a connection to attach a fresh air line that will prevent corrosion in the future.

Old versus revised intake manifold flap valve

Install the new valve along the cylinder head cover and secure it with the clips included with the kit. On in-line engines, remove the bolt for the wiring harness between the 2nd and 3rd cylinder and secure the new fresh air line with this bolt.

Use the new M6 x 14 bolt supplied with the kit on transverse engines. This is a thread-cutting bolt.

Then, secure the clean air line, routing it between the cylinder head cover and the vacuum unit lever for the intake manifold flap.
