Cause of emission 1 fuse blown

GM has determined that the blown fuse is due to a short in the wiring harness caused by chaffing (nice going GM). The chaffing occurs on the A/C hose coupling/connection at the back side of the engine. Repair the damaged circuits and insulate the harness. Pull the harness away from the A/C hose coupling and tie strap it to the main harness.
