They’re typically made of stainless steel or other high-strength materials that can withstand the harsh conditions of the braking system, including high temperatures, corrosion, and mechanical wear.

One of the most noticeable benefits of anti-rattle clips is their ability to reduce brake noise. Brake noise, often referred to as brake squeal, can be a significant annoyance for drivers and passengers. This noise is typically caused by the vibration of the brake pads when they come into contact with the rotor. The vibrations can be amplified if the brake pads are not securely held in place.
Anti-rattle clips address this issue by applying tension to the brake pads and holding them firmly against the caliper bracket.
